方铭,男,博士生导师,闽江学者特聘教授(2017),入选福建省百千万人才工程计划,福建省高层次人才B类,入选第十批厦门市双百计划,福建水产学会理事。

研究兴趣

  1. 动物分子育种。开发/利用先进的分子选育技术针对大黄鱼等进行良种选育。

  2. 动物经济性状遗传解析。结合多组学及分子生物学技术检测动物生长、抗病等经济性状关联的功能基因及因果突,病研究因果突变调控机制。

  3. 人类疾病遗传解析。采用多组学技术检测人类疾病相关的功能基因及因果突变,主要针对人类炎症性肠病(克伦恩病及溃疡性结肠炎)、银屑病、糖尿病、类风湿性关节炎、肺癌等疾病进行研究。
